Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy is the payment and licensing provider for the planned €2.99 lifetime license. It handles the checkout, payment method, receipt, tax information, license delivery and refund workflow.
How to request a refund
Use the refund or support path in your Lemon Squeezy order receipt, or contact idracjnlpfixer@proton.me with your order email and order reference. Do not send card details or a complete license key.
Refund requests are handled under Lemon Squeezy's current refunds and chargebacks policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchase. The provider's policy and checkout terms control the final eligibility and timing.
What the extension does after a refund
A refund may invalidate the license with the payment provider. The extension does not contact Lemon during downloads; local license state is only refreshed when the user explicitly activates or validates a key. If a refunded license still appears active locally, contact support so we can explain the available next step.

Read the purchase page and support guide first. The product fixes the filename only; it does not guarantee that a legacy Java/OpenWebStart environment will run every iDRAC console.
